Greenhouse glazing is the material that covers the greenhouse frame and the most widely used material is poly film. We also carry greenhouse film repair tape.
Polyethylene film is a thick, flexible material that comes in rolls of various length and can be used in single or double layers (for better insulation). A quick and inexpensive option for growers, Our high quality greenhouse film has ultraviolet (UV) protection and offers excellent durability. Polyethylene plastic greenhouse film diffuses light well, bouncing the available sunlight and reducing shadows, both of which aid plant growth. Poly film is also easy to install with homeowner tools and modest building skills.
We carry Tufflite in the Nursery Clear 1 Year Film, and the Tufflite IV 4 year film, both in 6 mil.
Sold in Full Rolls, or CUT to Length
Nursery Clear is your basic 1 year/season application and has some UV inhibitors.
Product comes with a one year warranty as long as you double layer and inflate in between. Just like all greenhouse films, the warranty is void if directly touching a PVC frame. The Chlorine in the PVC reacts to the poly and starts a degradation process. You can protect the film by painting the PVC with a white water based latex paint or putting a tape along the PVC. Mainly something to keep the film from direct contact with the PVC.
Tufflite IV features:
Retains Clarity -There is no discoloration or cracking.
Outstanding Durability - Tough sheeting that resists tears, punctures and UV degradation.
Easy Installation - Heavy duty packaging protects every roll and improved center folding makes installation fast and easy.
Product comes with a four year warranty as long as you double layer and inflate in between.
