Warranties requested due to faulty material or workmanship after one year must be sent to directly by Blitz USA and not Creative Shelters. Blitz USA will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product, at the option of Blitz USA, upon the return of the product and the original receipt. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
10-Year Warranty for the following 2x4basics® product:
Bench Bracket for Decks.When purchased for normal household use in North America, Blitz USA warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against any defects due to faulty material or workmanship for 10 years from the purchase date.
